Sunlight alarm clock was a huge change for me. While I'm still not a morning person it helped me so much having a warm light slowly get brighter for 10 minutes before the alarm went off, then my room is already semi bright and instead of a ring I set the radio function as an alarm so I'd wake up to music. Bonus these clocks also have a Sunset function that you can set from 5-30 minutes where it gets gradually darker into that low orange before it turns off completely. This helps my body calm down and get into sleeping mode so much - perfect when reading in bed.

Ugh I wish I could read Fourth Wing again for the first time. I’m listening to it via Audible now to prep for whenever the new one is released.
